A comfortable everyday top made from hand spun Cotton Khadi that has been handwoven on looms in India.

Khadi is a movement started by Gandhi. It provided an important symbol of India's potential economic self-sufficiency during independence.

Cotton Khadi is a beautiful natural fabric that is cool in summer, and warm in winter. Because it is handmade, there are imperfections in both the weaving, and the dying -- there may be slight variations in texture and tones, but we have done our best to make all of the pieces are as even as possible when cutting out the fabric. Please hand wash separately to avoid any colours running.

We bought this fabric in India, and posted it back to New Zealand where we cut and sewed it. The tops are sewn with French seams, no overlocking.

This cinnamon brown top is available in two different variations, one has a "scoop back", and the other a "keyhole back with a button".

It comes in two sizes. S-M, and M-L.
